Animaker

Nowadays, the use of technology is deemed to be an obligation for the teacher to apply any kind of it during their lesson in the class. The students also want to have new experiences maybe on daily learning activities. So, the lecturer has to be more creative to wrap the materials in different forms rather than just deliver the knowledge in old school way such as oral or using paper. The form of material can be provided in audio, video, animation, etc. For this time, I want to share with you about utilizing animated video in teaching English lessons. By using this tool hopefully, the student can easily get the understanding of the goal of the lesson and this media is appropriate with all of the levels especially for young learners. It can be proven by Ibrahem Bani Abdo and Abdel-Hammed Al-Wabdeh in their journal that through teaching techniques by using animation learners be able to enhance their ability instead of using traditional ways such as drilling the student in continuously.

Furthermore, there are lots of applications or websites that provide the tool to make the animation, usually, when the lecturer told me to create it, I use the Animaker. This web is easy to use even for the beginner who are doesn’t have experience in making an animated video. Also, it’s free to use you don’t have obligation to pay but, there is limited during the process such as limitation to choose the character, background, and watermark on the result of the video. Still, usable to produce the basic animation. Below is the sample when you use the free version. This video provides a brief explanation about Recount Text.

After reading the text above, do you want to try to make one? If you want it. This is the video on Youtube which provide the steps to create an animated video in Animaker definitely.
